Chief Parton: Dr. R.C.Mishra
DR. R.C. Mishra born in Fatehpur (UP) and did M.Sc and Ph.D in
Environmental Science from University of Allahabad. He joined the Indian
Police Service in 1989 and allotted Haryana cadre. During his last 27
years of service he served as ASP Gurgaon, Hissar, Nuh, Faridabad, Addl.
SP/Gurgaon and Police Chief of Districts Narnaul, Jind and Panchkula.
He has worked as SP/Traffic, SP/Special Branch, SP/Security and SP/State
Vigilance Bureau, Gurgaon. He also served as SSP/Addl. Commissioner,
Excise & Taxation (Enforcement) for two years. He remained posted
as Deputy Director, of Police Training College, Madhuban Haryana. He was
promoted as DIG/Modernization & Welfare on 22.10.2005 and
IGP/Administration on 12.06.09. He worked as IG Modernization &
welfare and IG CID Haryana. He was promoted and posted as ADGP CAW on
09-06-2014 and further remained posted as ADGP (Addl. Director General
of Police) State vigilance Bureau headquarters at Gurgaon till 22.4.16.
Dr. Harish Kumar
Dr. Harish Kumar is HPS-1. Addl. Inspector General (AIG), Prison at Panchkula (Govt. of Haryana) India. He is serving
in Prisons Department, Haryana. He obtained M.A in Human Right and English, L.L.M and Ph.D in Law.
He is blessed with multi-dimensional personality. He is excellent and skillfull in verbal and written
communications. He has comprehensive abilities to solve the problem with diligence, sincerity and
result oriented missionary zeal with an even positive attitude. He has convened, originated, hosted
and administratively supervised and controlled of various, local, national conference, seminars, work-shops,
big academic and administration, and cultural functions. He is a recipient of several prestigious awards
and honours.
